Registering While On Leave
Phase I: Pre-registration (Course Match)
Pre-registration for the upcoming term is completed through Course Match. Students currently on leave who have indicated their intent to return will receive email instructions on how to participate.
The Schedule of Classes will be available in Ask Banner a few weeks prior to registration. The easiest and fastest way to pre-register is by computer.
Before accessing Course Match, you must contact your adviser (by email or phone) to discuss your course selections. After this conversation, your adviser will clear your pre-registration hold, which will allow you to enter Course Match and rank your courses.
To access the system, visit the Course Match information site; the link will be available there once it is live.
Phase II: Registration Changes
Registration changes during this phase take place in person during the first three days of Study Period.
If you are unable to attend because you are off campus, you may submit your requests to the Registrar’s Office via email. We will hold your email securely and process it at your assigned registration time, as if you were present on campus.
While we make every effort to address issues or questions, please note that during periods of high volume, we may not be able to follow up individually.
If you wish to add a course that requires special permission, please include an email from the instructor granting approval with your request.
