Registration (Add/Drop) Forms

Please use the form below to add or drop Spring 2024 courses:

Add/Drop Form- Closed for Spring 2024.

Late Add Form- Spring 2024. These forms will be reviewed by the Dean of Studies Office.

Late Drop Form- Spring 2024. These forms will be reviewed by the Dean of Studies Office.

Special Permission/Prerequisite Override Form- Fall 2024. Form will close on Friday, April 19.
