Replacement Diplomas

If your diploma has been lost, stolen, damaged, etc., you may request a replacement diploma. The replacement diploma will be in the format of our current diploma and bear the signatures of our current president and chairman of the Board of Trustees. It will take approximately two to three months to fulfill the request. The replacement fee is $70.00.

If you would like to order a replacement diploma, please send a signed, written request containing your current name, the name under which you attended (if different), year of graduation, the address where the diploma is to be mailed, and a check made payable to Vassar College to our office. 

We do not send replacement diplomas to students who have an outstanding financial obligation with the College. If you are unsure of your financial status, please contact the Office of Student Financial Services at (845) 437-5245.
