Replacement Diplomas

You may request a replacement diploma if your diploma has been lost, stolen, damaged, etc. The replacement diploma will be in the format of our current diploma and bear the signatures of our current president and chairman of the Board of Trustees. It will take approximately two to three months to fulfill the request. The replacement fee is $70.00.

Please send a signed, written request to our office if you would like to order a replacement diploma and include your current name, the name under which you attended (if different), year of graduation, the address where the diploma is to be shipped, and a check made payable to Vassar College.  Please note the additional fees below for expedited service.

We do not send replacement diplomas to students who have an outstanding financial obligation with the College. Please contact the Office of Student Financial Services at (845) 437-5245 if you are unsure of your financial status.
