2024 Wage Increases

Please be reminded that, as indicated in our memo on 12/12/23, Vassar voluntarily increased the minimum wage for student employees from $14.60 to $15.00, effective 1/1/24.

This wage increase did not impact any of the Fall pilot policy changes. Students in Student Employment-funded jobs may continue to work up to 120 hours per semester. Students in department-funded jobs may continue to work up to 20 hours per week, with agreement from the supervisor.
