Student Employment Reminders
Reminder: Student Employees MUST be paid for all worked hours
As a reminder, Student employees are paid hourly, and it is illegal for students to work any time in a student employment position without being compensated. All worked time must be accounted for accurately on your time sheet each pay period so you can be paid correctly and in a timely manner.
If you have worked additional hours that were not logged into Workday within the last 6 weeks, please enter that time on your time sheets immediately. If your time was not correctly entered dating back over 6 weeks, please let us know so we can issue late paper time sheets.

Summer job registration for eligible students ends today, 4/18/25
Student-employment funded jobs for Summer break will de-list in JobX after April 18th. If you are eligible for summer break jobs through Student Employment and have not yet applied for jobs, be sure to apply before jobs close tonight.
If you are being hired for a Summer Break position funded by a source outside Student Employment and have not already been hired through JobX, please have your supervisor contact us as soon as possible sowe can guarantee you are hired through the system before jobs start on May 21st.
As a reminder, students MAY NOT WORK any hours until they are hired through JobX.
