2024-25 Year-End Goals and Performance Review in Workday: Administrators, Sergeants, & Supervisors
Dear Administrators, Sergeants, and Supervisors,
We are at the year-end point of the Goal Setting and Review process, and it’s time to assess the progress of your goals and your performance with your manager.
The Year-End Performance Review must be completed in Workday by May 16, 2025 to coincide with the annual salary increases.
To kick off the process, Human Resources has initiated the Year-End Review in Workday for Administrators, Sergeants, and Supervisors. After logging into Workday, you will see the task in your Workday inbox titled, “2024-2025 Year-End Goals and Performance Review”. Between today and May 16th, use this Workday review process to record accomplishments and make observations about your performance for the review period, and meet with your manager. A real-time, face-to-face, discussion between you and your manager regarding performance feedback is essential to the process and is required.

Planning ahead – On May 21st, you will be prompted by Human Resources to set goals for the next review period (only after your Year-End Review is complete). The goal setting process will run from May 21 - June 30, 2025 in Workday. Additional information will be emailed to you in May.
Please note: Staff, Security Officers, Auxiliary employees, and their Managers will follow the Performance Review instructions outlined here.
