Tuition
Vassar offers Tuition Benefits to benefit-eligible employees. For more information regarding this benefit, reference the Benefit Overviews and your negotiated union contract or employee handbook.
To submit your Tuition Benefit request:
- Login to Workday
- In the Search bar, type: “Create Request”
- Request Type: Select the Tuition Form that applies to you
- Carefully read and respond to all questions
- Upload supporting documents
- Click Submit
- Read, acknowledge, and submit the attestation that follows

After submitting, be sure to read all email communications from Human Resources. If any further information is required, we will follow up with an email. For requests involving institutions outside Vassar, we will also follow up with an email when payment is sent confirming the amount issued.
The forms listed above require the following supporting documentation in order to be reviewed:
- Detailed invoice/statement from institution (if not Vassar College).
- Most recent, signed tax return (must show dependent, if applicable).
