Pay Schedule Change in 2025

We are writing to share that all employees (including Administrators and Faculty members) who are paid on a monthly pay schedule will be transitioning to a bi-weekly pay schedule in 2025. This means that pay will be disbursed to employees every other Friday. The transition is due to NYS labor law updates and pay frequency compliance. The date of the transition and details to prepare for the shift will be communicated throughout the upcoming months so you can prepare for changes to your personal banking schedules and automated payments.
