Group Counseling
Therapy groups provide an opportunity for small groups of students to learn from one another and feel less alone in their struggles. Groups typically form at the beginning of the semester and usually meet once a week for an hour to an hour and a half. One to two staff therapists facilitate each group. Group members are expected to maintain the confidentiality of all group members and are strongly recommended to remain in the group for the entirety of the semester.
