Dungeons and Therapy

Day/Time: Wednesday 3–5 p.m. (in person)

Dungeons and Therapy is a role-playing therapy group where you embody your ideal self through a fictional roleplaying persona. Your quest is to lean into your alter ego to practice new ways of showing up in interpersonal spaces through a fantasy adventure. Navigate dungeons, complete quests, find treasures, slay dragons, and express meaningful parts of your character in the real world! No previous D&D experience is required.
