Posting in Residential Houses

All organizations/offices are required to bring postings to the ROC (Main 1st Floor) to be stamped prior to posting.  

The stamp from the ROC allows postings to be placed in the residential houses. A total of ten (10) postings may be stamped. No more than two postings per house are permitted and no more than two (2) versions advertising the same information can be stamped. Students are encouraged to submit their postings electronically to idesk@vassar.edu two weeks prior to the event to allow the postings to be displayed on the digital signs throughout the residential houses.

When posting in residential houses: 

• Only post on bulletin boards. Any postings found on painted surfaces, corridor or exit/entrance doors, and bathrooms will be removed. If there’s damage to walls, the organization will be billed for repairs.
• One posting per bulletin board is permitted.
• If you post it, you must remove it by the date of the event or expiration date of the posting.
