No change in room occupancy can be made without prior consent from the Office of Residential Life. The room change application process cannot be initiated until after the first two weeks of either semester.
Students seeking reassignment to another room should contact the House Advisor of their current house to discuss the process.
First-year students experiencing a roommate conflict should meet with their Student Fellow. Non-first-year students experiencing a roommate conflict should meet with their House Student Advisor. If the conflict persists, all roommates and the House Advisor should schedule an appointment for a mediation session.
The college reserves the right to change the capacity of the room(s) permanently or temporarily. The college also reserves the right to change the policies and procedures of room change and consolidation in order to meet housing needs and demands.
